Tripping Out [244.2 lbs]
Next exercise phase.
I've been hitting 10k steps regularly now! I'm almost ready to start the next phase of my exercise goals: bodyweight training.
- pushing exercise, like push-ups
- pulling exercise, like inverted rows
- squats
- some kind of core workout, like crunches or planking
Slow-cooked chicken thighs, brown rice, mixed frozen veggies, with salsa and lime crema sauce.
A pleasant walk yesterday.
