Energy.
As I've continued to regularly hit my checklist metrics regularly and drop weight accordingly, I'm almost paranoid with regards to potential dangers. One such danger I see creeping up is the temptation to procrastinate my tasks. For example, one of my mid-afternoon tasks is a 30 min walk. But yesterday, I found myself putting that off, finding other things to do until the end of the afternoon.
I can't do that. It's setting me up for a danger zone where a single mental slip makes me fail entirely. So a note to self: attack the tasks. Finish them as soon as I can. Approach them with enthusiasm and "here we GO!" energy when possible, or distraction and "oh well" energy when that doesn't work.
Morning two egg omelet with bacon and American cheese.
A pretty lawn on my walk.
Chicken rice bowl with veggies and buffalo sauce at home.
