On track.

Not much to write today. Another strong couple of days where I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop and my will to crumble. It'll happen - tonight, tomorrow, a month from now - and I just have to be ready to minimize the damage. 

But using my habit tracker (Habitica) to attack the supportive habits like shaving or cleaning dishes as much as the more direct weight loss habits like limiting calories has been tremendously helpful.


Yesterday's grilled cheese with turkey dinner, with chicken orzo soup.
