New meal.


I made a new meal today at home:

  • quinoa (170 cal)
  • black beans (130 cal)
  • broccoli (20 cal)
  • extra flavor: garlic salt, paprika, salsa


Very tasty, but a bit low calorie. If I'm feeling hungrier in the future, I could add corn, cheese, meat, or even more beans. 

I'm especially happy with the quinoa! It wasn't just tasty; it was also a great alternative to my usual brown rice as a base carb.
