Walking, food progress and pics.
Big successes! Using a habit checklist has been helpful. Not a panacea, but a good starting point. When I've been tempted to just say "fuck it" and ignore everything only to find myself grasping for a first item on the checklist to get back on track.
For steps, I've been increasing 300 steps/day after successfully reaching my goal and decreasing the next day's count by 300 after missing it.

Currently at 8,000 steps/day, playing Hearthstone as I go.
Cooking at home has been surprisingly successful too! All simple stuff.
Grilled cheese with Spam lite, mixed veggies.
Two egg omelet with American cheese, street taco sauce.
Slow cooked chicken thighs with brown rice.
The slow cooked meal with brown rice and lime cream sauce.
A baked potato for lunch with light butter and crumbled bacon.
Will try to keep it up.
