Walking. Grilled cheese and soup.

Rocking my checklist the past couple of days. But wary of the crash that usually follows these successes.

I've been walking usually twice per day. Once around lunch for about a half hour, and once in the evenings until I reach my step goal that's currently in the 8,000s. Will keep growing it 300 steps per day until I reach 10,000 steps.

Lunch-time walk. This lake is a 5 minute walk from my home.

I've been eating at least one meal at home every day, which is WILD for me. I usually avoid this at all costs. I'm bad at cooking and it's my main waste of money. Even something as basic as a grilled cheese  with turkey and vegetables on the side or canned soup is a huge step for me.

Grilled cheeses with turkey. One with tomato basil soup, the other with minestrone.


Not weight related but here, it's my cat! Look at him!
