Solid past few days! One bad day of heavy overeating, a few good days of eating well and building good habits, including walking

I've also been thinking about the idea of temptation bundling. I've often done the opposite, bundling walking with Japanese flash card studying (two challenging things). Started instead playing Hearthstone on my walks. That really helps.

Also been eating at home more regularly which feels great. Some meals:

Fried egg with brown rice. Left with soy sauce, right with buffalo sauce.


Open-faced tuna salad sandwich on wheat toast. Brussel sprouts on the side with salt, black pepper, soy sauce.
