Level 3: Maiden Voyage of the Prawn [4/1/22]

Setting up in Habitica.


General Notes

I've gone back and forth on whether to use a checklist app. I ultimately don't want to rely on it, but I think it's something that's okay to use to help transition into into these habits. It goes south for me when I overly rely on them, but it's probably okay as a handy transitional system. Here's what I'm trying as my initial set-up:

  • Morning start-up [one hour]:
    • 7:30/8:30am (weekday/weekend) out of bed
    • Weigh in
    • Planned breakfast
    • First water with meds
    • 30 minute walk
  • Core Day
    • Planned lunch
    • Finish step count
    • Planned dinner
    • Finish water goals
  • Evening Wrap
    • Wash dishes/water bottle
    • Sketch tomorrow's meals
    • "Finish day" in Noom log within calorie count
Using Habitica as my checklist app.
