Level 3: Budget [4/9/22 | 249.4 lbs]
Staying within the calorie budget.
General Notes
Continuing to do pretty well in terms of focus and keeping up with things. Even paid my taxes! Like holy shit go me! Also ate a buffalo chicken rice bowl I'd prepped the other day. It was fantastic.
And I still have three of those in the freezer.

Daily Article Notes
Relevant notes from my daily set of Noom articles.
- One article suggests that planning helps stay within the calorie budget. I agree, but with limits. It helps me to sketch out the day's meals in advance and give myself initial momentum one way, but I also find that it helps to leave snacks a bit vaguer.
- Noom provided some meals recommendations which interested me. Two ideas:
- Sandwich with whole wheat bread, protein (3oz chicken baked chicken breast or tuna or something), (hummus or light mayo), vegetables.
- Meat + vegetables + sweet potato
- Will try those when I get groceries this weekend.
- Another article emphasizes that with all the changes coming my way, it can be helpful to not focus on EVERYTHING EQUALLY. Sometimes I'll have energy for that, but most of the time, when push comes to shove, for me it's about focusing on calorie count and steps.
