Grocery day.


Today is grocery day! Trying to get groceries twice per week, so Saturday and... hm... Tuesday, for a smaller as-needed/wanted reload.


Some breakfasts for the coming week:
  • eggs in different varieties, buffalo sauce optional
  • soy sauce?? is soy sauce good with eggs??
  • OOH what about a fried egg with a little bit of rice and soy sauce????

A couple of easy home-made lunches/dinners for the coming week to try:
  • whole wheat pasta with sauce, garlic, mozzarella, tuna
  • whole wheat sandwich with tuna salad, American cheese, vegetables on the side

Simple, reasonable. This is just a supplement to a bunch of frozen meals I already have pre-prepped from prior weeks.

Anyway, a couple of recent meals to share here:

Last night's dinner: a rice bowl with salmon, vegetables, tahini sauce.

This morning's breakfast: two scrambled eggs with buffalo sauce.
