Mornings.


General Notes

Stress has been high these past couple of days. Tons of work and class stuff mixed with a usual dose of procrastination has me feeling like I don't have much bandwidth. Been slipping.

But you know what? I'm still here. I'm writing. I'm not giving up.

Mornings are hard for me. Let's try the following and see how it goes. Does it help? What will stop me from doing it long-term?

Morning Kick-Off

  • 7am: Initial alarm.
  • 7:30am: Out of bed alarm. Feet hit the ground.
  • Shave, shower, dental care.
  • Breakfast for self and cat.
  • Meds.
  • Brief clean-up (picking up garbage, laundry, etc.).
