  • Stress is the biggest trigger. A lot of the methods it deals with sound not super helpful - breathing exercises, etc. - but two have promise:
    • Find meaning. Examine the stressor and see if I can process what's going on, how to address it. An intellectual response.
    • Clear things out. Wash up, get some air, clear debris from my work space

General Notes

Oh boy, speaking of stress. I've been barely cognizant of any sort of fitness efforts these past few days. My sleep schedule has been utterly screwed up, I've been overwhelmed by work and classes, and things have fallen apart.

But I'm still here. I can finally breathe for the first time in a week or so. Back on the horse tomorrow morning. I'm optimistic and excited.
