Metrics to hit.


General Notes

So let's catch up. What counts as a good day? What base metrics will I need to hit to lose weight?
  • Drink 40+ oz. of water.
    • Wash waster bottle each night.
    • Fill up to start the morning.
    • Refill water immediately after finishing my first 20 oz. bottle.
  • Take meds every morning.
  • Log my food in Noom as I go, staying within calorie limits.
    • Sketch meals at the day's start.
    • Plan menu of available snacks and meals when I get groceries.
  • Walk 4,000 steps to start with, increasing by 300 steps/day.
    • Find a time in the morning to take a 30 minute walk.
    • Complete the rest before evening.

Tomorrow, I'll plan for groceries.
