General Notes
So let's catch up. What counts as a good day? What base metrics will I need to hit to lose weight?
- Drink 40+ oz. of water.
- Wash waster bottle each night.
- Fill up to start the morning.
- Refill water immediately after finishing my first 20 oz. bottle.
- Take meds every morning.
- Log my food in Noom as I go, staying within calorie limits.
- Sketch meals at the day's start.
- Plan menu of available snacks and meals when I get groceries.
- Walk 4,000 steps to start with, increasing by 300 steps/day.
- Find a time in the morning to take a 30 minute walk.
- Complete the rest before evening.
Tomorrow, I'll plan for groceries.
